Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must remain in its original condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for arranging and covering any return shipping costs.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide detailed return instructions along with the correct return address. Returns sent without prior authorization from our support team will not be accepted.
Packages returned to forwarding facilities, intermediary warehouses, or incorrect addresses will not qualify for a refund. Returned items must be shipped directly to the return address provided by our support team.
We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information entered during checkout, including but not limited to incorrect shipping addresses, selecting the wrong product, or ordering the wrong size resulting in failed delivery or an unwanted order.
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please keep in mind that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our support team at relivic88@gmail.com to begin the exchange process. Once your request has been confirmed, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Please note that customers are responsible for any shipping expenses associated with returns or exchanges related to the original purchase. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product details and sizing information before placing an order.
Additionally, a handling or restocking fee of up to 10% of the original order value may apply if the returned item is not received in its original condition. Orders that have already received a replacement or exchange will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can assist in resolving the issue promptly.
As part of our review process, we may request photos of the affected item to help verify the issue. If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective upon arrival, you may choose between receiving a full refund or a complimentary replacement shipment.
If an issue develops after use, please contact our support team for assistance. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement under the warranty included with your purchase.
European Union 14-Day Withdrawal Right
For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. As with all eligible returns, items must be unused, kept in their original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
