Order Changes
If you need to update or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes cannot always be guaranteed due to high order volumes and fast processing times.
Please note that order modifications can only be requested within 1 hour of placing your order, as our team works quickly to prepare shipments for dispatch.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all order details before completing checkout to ensure everything is accurate. If you notice an error or need assistance with changes, please reach out to us immediately and we will do our best to help before the order is shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to make further adjustments or modifications.
Shipping & Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. During holidays, promotional periods, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. However, our team always works hard to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible.
After your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout, including full name, shipping address, and contact details. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery failure or returned packages.
If a package is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. Our support team will contact you before arranging a replacement shipment.
