Dual Magnetic Windshield Cleaner
Move One Pad. Clean Both Sides.
Place one pad on the outside of your windshield and one on the inside. Magnets hold them together through the glass, so as you guide the outside pad, the inside pad follows, cleaning both surfaces in the same motion.
-
Magnetically linked through the glass
-
Less leaning across the dashboard
-
Both surfaces cleaned together
-
Washable pads for repeated use
LESS STRETCHING ACROSS THE DASH
Extend Your Reach. Ease the Awkward Angles.
Deep dashboards and sloping glass make the inside windshield awkward to reach by hand. The extendable handle and pivoting head help you guide the pad across the glass with less leaning and repositioning.
- Longer reach: extend the handle to reach farther across the windshield.
- Adjustable angle: tilt the head to suit the area you’re cleaning.
- Easier positioning: guide from outside instead of stretching across the front seats.
THE IDEA BEHIND MAGNETIC CLEANING
“Cleaning your windshield should feel satisfying. Not like a struggle.”
"In early 2018, I was driving through a heavy rainstorm when the headlights of oncoming cars hit my dirty windshield and turned it into a wall of glare. I could barely see. The next day I cleaned the outside at a gas station, but the haze was still there. That’s when I realized the real problem was on the inside: the vinyl and plastic in a car’s interior slowly release vapors that leave a film on the glass.
Cleaning the inside turned out to be a pain. You twist your arm, reach over the dashboard, and still miss the corners. I even tried a microfiber pad on a long stick, but it was only slightly better. After a few days of thinking, I came up with a different idea: two magnetic paddles, one outside and one inside, held together through the glass. Move the outer one, and the inner one follows.
Getting it right took me 18 months and more than 20 prototypes. The paddles had to be tough but flexible enough to follow the curve of a windshield and keep even pressure across it. When I showed the final version to friends and family, everyone had the same reaction: “WOW!”
Using it is simple. Attach microfiber cloths, spray some glass cleaner, place one paddle outside and the other inside, and just move the outer paddle. There’s a small learning curve, but after a few tries most people get the hang of it, and the cloths can be washed and reused hundreds of times."
How to Use
Prepare the pads, align both sides, then clean and finish.
Frequently Asked Questions
Magnetic grip depends on glass thickness, curvature and pad contact. This kit should not be treated as universally compatible. If your vehicle has unusually thick, specialist or replacement glazing, confirm compatibility before ordering.
Do not assume compatibility with household windows, especially double- or triple-glazed units. The added thickness and air gaps can reduce magnetic coupling. Confirm suitability for your specific glass before using the kit.
Use a suitable automotive glass cleaner to loosen residue and help the pads move. For a clearer finish, replace dirty cloths and use clean, dry cloths afterward. Heavy film may require additional cleaning; the magnets synchronize movement rather than dissolve grease.
Sudden direction changes, excessive friction or contact with the dashboard, pillars or mirror mount can interrupt the magnetic connection. Move smoothly and keep both pads clear of obstructions. If a pad falls, inspect and replace any contaminated cloth before continuing.
Check with your film or coating provider before use; compatibility has not been verified for every finish. Keep the cloths clean and free of grit, use an approved cleaner and avoid damaged or peeling film.
